We ship by methods of:
Registered Post – 5-7 Business Days
EMS – 1-3 Business Days
Kerry Express – 1-2 Business Days
SCG Express – 1-2 Business Days

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your location, your products will arrive within the time as shown above. If any delays, please contact our customer service team so we can follow up the delivery company on your shipment status.

Do You Ship Internationally?

If you are located outside of Thailand, we are also able to ship. Please contact us directly at sales@forestpacking.net to get our special pricing for delivery outside of Thailand.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments for bank transfer (Kasikorn Bank) and also by Paypal.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed directly from the website. This is our preferred method as it is the quickest for both customer and Forest Packing to send and process your order.
You may also place orders by contacting Forest Packing through Line: @forestpacking or through our call center.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You are not required to create an account when purchasing through the website. However, we do encourage all our customers to create an account. This allows customers to track their order easily once our warehouse team has dispatched your own.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have made an order and require to change the contents of the order or to cancel, please contact our customer service team ASAP. If the product has already been dispatched, you will have to bear the expense to return the product and also for re-sending the new amended order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not happy with the product, we are happy for you the return the product. Refund of your order will be made once our team has inspected the returned product. Refund will exclude initial shipping costs.
